Giveaway Rules

  1. Eligible contestant may enter the contest once per day until midnight before the day of the drawing. Duplicate entries (i.e. 2 in a day) will be discarded.
  2. Entering false, incomplete or misleading information will void your entries.
  3. Employees of MiRod.LLC. or members of their families are not eligible to win.
  4. The giveaway is governed by these Official Rules. By participating, players agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of MiRod.LLC which are final and binding. MiRod.LLC reserves the right to modify these rules at any time.
  5. The giveaway will continue until terminated by MiRod.LLC . MiRod.LLC reserves the right to terminate the giveaway without notice.
  6. The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  7. The drawings will be conducted by MiRod.LLC whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning are dependant on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will not be notified by e-mail or phone. DVD will be sent to address provided in the sweepstakes entry. MiRod.LLC is not responsible for any DVD that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason.
  8. Prizes will be awarded within one week of drawing closing.   
  9. The Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By entering, participants release and hold harmless MiRod.LLC, its directors, employees, and agents from any and against any and all liability or any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from participation in this giveaway or the receipt or use of any prize won. MiRod.LLC will not use or release any of the information provided to any outside agency. MiRod.LLC shall not be responsible for and shall have no liability to any person with respect to any advertising materials of third parties appearing on the MiRod.LLC web site or on any other site to which players may link to from the MiRod.LLC site.
  10. All decisions of the judges are final.
  11. Anyone found breaking the rules will be disqualified, and all their entries will be voided.
  12. Anyone attempting to defraud, break, or (denial of service) attack  the MiRod.LLC giveaway, by any means  will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
